The new server update is finally here and it has some exciting quality-of-life improvements!

New Features and Fixes

  • ADDED: The Card Collector NPC at the Pronouns Club, who gives an Old Card Album for any 5 cards in the inventory.

  • ADDED: Morroc Raceway!
    Find Race Girl in the town center and compete with friends and strangers in the foot race around Morroc.

  • ADDED: New headgear quest for Chung-Wol-Mang in Payon:

    • Kabuki Mask[1] [5143]

  • ADDED: New headgear quests for Big Guy in Pharos:

    • Puppy Hat [5182]
    • Neko Mimi [5099]

  • ADDED: New headgear quests for Lone Crafter at the Niffleheim Tavern:

    • Magic Eyes [5138]
    • Helm of Darkness[1] [5181]

  • REMOVED: Job Requirements for headgear.
    All headgear can now be wearable by all jobs (except for the Super Novice headgear).

  • INCREASED: Maximum Kafra storage capacity from 600 to 800 slots.

  • DISABLED: Snow effect in towns.

  • ENABLED: Cherry blossom effect in towns.

  • UPDATED: The Arrow Crafting menu now includes new items that can be turned into arrows.

  • UPDATED: The welcome message now mentions the new blog instead of the cohost page.

  • UPDATED: Server logic for bonuses on cards and gear to work with later bonus types.

  • CHANGED: Daily Quest reload time is now at 00:00 by the Server Time.

  • FIXED: NPC not taking Sandals[1] when crafting Bunny Slippers[1].

  • FIXED: Bird Nest [5129] was missing from the server database.

Known Issues

  • Completely broken character dye clothing palettes. Try at your own risk.
  • Sometimes mobs stop being updated (don't move, don't attack). Usually this happens to mini-bosses or MVPs. I hope this can be fixed by restarting the server more often. Please don't abuse this bug :(

Wishlist

  • Adding the rest of the headgear from the Old Red Box selection.
  • Color variations for a small selection of headgear.
  • Rachel Update! Totally doing it next.
  • Finally fixing character dye clothing palettes.
